Typical day at fäm:

Lead generation by way of outbound calling to sellers/landlords
Networking in your designated communities
Conduct market appraisals, promote and monitor your properties
Scheduling Photoshoots and Virtual Tours
Create social media content related to your area and properties
Develop relationships with sellers/landlords to obtain competitive market prices and match clients to properties
Advise clients on market conditions, prices and mortgage solutions
Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers and landlords
Working hours 9 am-6 pm Monday – Friday
