Title: Sales Manager

Start Date: ASAP;

Target compensation: Base salary AED 10,000- AED 15,000/month plus healthy commission on sales. Company car with fuel will be provided plus cell phone allowance too

Job responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends our reach for industrial air/nitrogen/oxygen products of our portfolio to meet your assigned sales quota
  • Cold calls, emails, visits as needed to generate leads and drum up qualified opportunities for the company in the UAE (and other GCC & Africa countries)
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors


  • At least 5 years (preferable 10years) of experience in the UAE in a similar sales role in the compressed air industry. Working experience in the High-pressure compressor range is preferred.
  • We do not want a catalog-based sales individual. The ability to ask the right questions

(both technical and non-technical), generate inquiries where the customer didn’t even think of is paramount for this role.

  • The ability to generate your own leads and contacts and leverage your existing relationships in the industry to grow the business
  • We need a self-starter from Day 1. Someone who has the knowledge and relationships to come in and get the ball rolling within 2-3 weeks once they understand our product portfolio.
  • Able to work with MS Word/ Basic Office products to send out quotes and coordinate with customers
  • A closing attitude and follow up mentality is a must (Nothing is ever achieved without relentless pursuit and follow up)
  • The ability to work with fellow sales team for training/helping each other out is important for our culture as we work collaboratively.
  • Should be fluent with English and should be an effective communicator. Also, if has experience with languages such as (Malayalam & Tamil & Arabic) would be an added advantage.

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
